Why a Core Marketing Dashboard Matters
Many organisations already have useful reporting data, but it is often spread across GA4, ad platforms and manually compiled updates, making performance harder to review consistently.
This service provides a structured dashboard build focused on bringing core marketing KPIs into one clear reporting view. The aim is not to create a complex BI environment, but to deliver a simpler, more reliable way to monitor performance and support routine decision-making.
What This Service Helps Solve
Fragmented reporting
Brings core marketing KPIs into one place so teams are not relying on multiple exports, screenshots or disconnected views.
Slow stakeholder updates
Provides a cleaner reporting format that makes it easier for leadership and stakeholders to review performance quickly.
Inconsistent KPI visibility
Creates a more standardised reporting view around agreed KPIs, trends and channel performance indicators.

Out of Scope
This service focuses on a defined dashboard build. It does not include:
- GA4 or GTM implementation fixes
- Complex data modelling or transformation
- BigQuery development or data warehouse design
- Custom attribution models
- Automated ETL or pipeline development
- Purchase, licensing or management of third-party connectors
- Troubleshooting third-party connector products outside normal dashboard setup
- Large numbers of data sources beyond the agreed scope
- Data cleansing, restructuring or manual preparation of poor-quality source data
- Ongoing dashboard maintenance or recurring reporting support
- Large multi-dashboard reporting suites
If your reporting requirements depend on significant data preparation, extensive source integration or unreliable underlying tracking, this would be scoped separately or may require a GA4 Audit, GTM Audit or Measurement Review first.
Inputs Required
- Access to GA4
- Access to any additional agreed marketing platforms
- Confirmation of the KPIs to be reported
- Access to any required third-party connectors, where applicable
- Brand guidelines, logos, colours or example reports, if branding alignment is required
- An email address on your organisation’s domain for dashboard transfer
Looker Studio dashboards cannot always be transferred cleanly across unrelated domains. To ensure the finished dashboard sits within your organisation’s environment, a user account on your organisation’s domain will normally be required during delivery.
